I recently heard about peanut butter whiskey and decided a cocktail was in order. While the classic White Russian calls for Kahlua®, I decided to use Frangelico.

Ingredients | Russian Cold Cuts

¼ teaspoon powdered peanut butter (such as PB2®)

¼ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

ice cubes

2 fluid ounces vodka

1 fluid ounce Frangelico liqueur

1 fluid ounce peanut butter whiskey

2 fluid ounces 1% milk, or as needed

1 dash chocolate syrup

Directions

Rim an old fashioned glass with peanut butter powder and cocoa powder. Fill with ice. Pour in vodka, Frangelico liqueur, and whiskey. Top with milk and garnish with chocolate syrup.

Substitute half-and-half for the milk, if preferred.
